Whether purchasing a commercial or residential
historic property, one member of our staff has the experience needed to
evaluate their structure and systems. Unlike newer
buildings, additional knowledge is necessary to understand the original
structure and offer insight into the changes that have occurred over centuries.

The following are some of the types of
historic buildings we have inspected:
- 17th & 18th Century Colonials
- Early & Late Victorians
- Log & Timber framed Homes
- 17th, 18th & 19th Century Farmhouses
- Historic Taverns, Inns & Hotels
- 18th & 19th Century Schoolhouses
- Barns & other Outbuildings
- Converted Barns & Mills
- Churches, Meetinghouses, even a
Cathedral & a Seminary
- National Register Properties
- Historic Building Museums
